L.A. Music Magaine?
Does anyone know any (decent) local Los Angeles magazines/ publications that feature concert reviews? Not something big like the L.A. Times... something a little smaller is ideal. Thank you! (Blog recommendations okay as well.)

Los Angeles-Magazine Jobs/Internships??
I am interested in pursuing a career in Journalism, preferably magazine editorials. I am a recent college graduate, and although I don't yet have editorial experience, I know that writing is my passion. I want to give this field a shot, but I know that I have to start somewhere. I would like to gain editorial experience, and start grad school at some point. I live in the Los Angeles area--- any ideas as to how/where to find an internship at a magazine or newspaper (even small, weekly ones)? I have looked everywhere online, but if any of you have any suggestions or referrals, it would be very helfpul.

I always thought that Los Angeles was to be written L.A., but a lot of magazines/newspapers call themselves LA (LA Daily, LA Times, etc...) I want to quote something on my website out of a magazine that starts with LA, but I think it should be written L.A. What do you all think?
