Being harassed by government about the same issue?
Someone has been reporting my dad to several different branches of the LA County department of planning, health, public works etc. The branches send warning letters without investigating, and I dont think they communicate with each other. Is it possible I can start an investigation on whether or not someone is harassing my family? I dont know when its going to stop. My dad was already ok'ed by one branch, and now he gets a letter from another one for the same problem. Now were being threatened with fines almost every month now. Can I contact someone for help? like a home owners association? Legal aid is expensive. Is there an affordable way to get help? State: California County: Los Angeles Zip Code: 90502 He has too much plants/trees, stores his tires/tools/chairs/wood/exercise bench etc in the backyard, made a tool shed. Oh, and someone complained that the house was overcrowded because it had 5 people, and the trash was attracting flies(trash day is a week away). Problem is that we've been getting letters from different LA County Departments, and different branches of the same department about our property almost every month. Dad got a permit to clean up, but another branch sent its own warning letter for the same problem. They said the permit was for the other branch, not for theirs, and they have different criterias even though its the same county. Its like someone went to San Pedro, Lomita, Los Angeles, etc and reported us for the same issue.

Beauty Salons?
I'm looking to get my hair cut and dyed today but I'm not sure where to go. I've had really bad experiences with "family-owned" salons so I'd rather not get my hair done there.
