LA has two great things going for it - some superb beaches and a wealth of fantastic theme parks to delight and amaze you.

But while you may want to visit one or two of the beaches during your stay in Los Angeles, make sure you have plenty of time to experience the various theme parks that are on offer.

Universal Studios is probably one of the most famous and best loved of all the parks. This is partly because it offers more than just one experience. Another great option to consider when visiting Los Angeles is Legoland. If you played with Lego when you were younger you will know just how addictive it can be. And there is nothing quite like seeing Miniland, which contains scale reproductions of famous sights in the US including the Statue of Liberty.

There are several more theme parks to visit in LA as well, and they are all within a reasonable distance of each other. This means that you can choose a hotel that puts you nice and close to several of the parks. There are lots of Los Angeles hotels available so you will be sure to find one that suits your needs and requirements.

Remember too that some of the theme parks can be booked in advance, which can sometimes save you money. It's worth doing your research before you go in order to make your theme park visits even more memorable.
